George Box or Bulk Pan Lunch Order Form

Free delivery to business addresses. We appreciate one-day notice on all orders. Dessert pans must be ordered one week in advance.

George Box or Bulk Pan lunches include (per person):

  • 8 oz. Chicken George with Jan Sauce
  • Choice of fries or baked potato
  • Napkins and utensils
For an additional fee, you may add:
  • Water or soda - 1.00/person
  • Tossed salad and dressing - 1.50/person for box lunches; 1.25/person for bulk pan lunches
  • Dessert pans of lush (will serve 20-25 people) - 45.00/pan
After we receive your order, we will email you an invoice for payment.

George Box Lunches

  • 10-20 people: 8.50/person
  • 21-60 people: 8.25/person
  • 61 and up: 8.00/person
Bulk Pan Lunches
  • 10-20 people: 8.00/person
  • 21-60 people: 7.75/person
  • 61 and up: 7.50/person
